About Barbara Parker Hervey

Barbara Hervey has been a public servant in the Texas criminal justice system for over 34 years. She spent 16 years in the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, working to uphold criminal convictions on appeal. One of those cases was the high-profile Johnathan Moore case. After her initial six-year term was over, Barbara was re-elected in 2006 and again in 2012. Barbara lives in San Antonio with her husband, Richard, and is the mother of three children, Edward, Christopher, and Melissa.

Relelect Barbara Parker Hervey in 2018

I have had the pleasure of serving as a judge on the Court of Criminal Appeals for over 17 years because of support from people like you. During that time, I have enjoyed serving the citizens of Texas, and I want to continue my commitment to this great state in the future. That is why I am running for reelection in 2018.
